A Planable alternative, with one honest caveat
Is Blendin a good Planable alternative?
Not if you came for client approval, because that is Planable's whole point and Blendin does not have it yet: there is no link you can send to somebody outside your workspace. It is a good swap if the bottleneck is producing the content rather than getting it signed off, because Blendin writes and designs each post in the client's own brand and publishes it, which Planable does not attempt.
Planable is a collaboration layer. You bring the content, the client sees it in a feed-like preview, they comment and approve, and it publishes. That is a genuinely useful shape and it is why people search for alternatives to it rather than to a scheduler.
Blendin sits one step earlier in the same week. The brand kit reads a real palette, fonts and logo from the client's own site; the writing avoids the tells that make a post read as AI; the carousel comes out as a native LinkedIn PDF; and the client connects their own account through a one-time link so nobody shares a password. What is missing is the last mile Planable owns, showing that draft to the client for a yes.
That gap is being closed and this page will say so when it is, not before. If approval is the reason you are here, Planable is still the answer today.

What Blendin does not do

- Not yet. A teammate inside the workspace can review a draft before it publishes, and seats carry per-account and per-brand permissions so a teammate only sees what they were hired for, but there is no link for somebody without an account.
- What can I send a client today?
- The finished pack: one download with the images, the LinkedIn-ready PDF, a caption written for each network, the hashtags as their own file and the alt text. It is what they need to look at it, or to publish it themselves, without a round of questions.
- How does the client's account get connected without a password?
- A one-time link. They open it, authorise their own account on the platform's own screen, and it attaches to your workspace. They never send you credentials, and they can revoke it themselves. Sharing a log-in is the common alternative and it breaches LinkedIn's User Agreement.
