Terms of Service

Blendin is an AI content studio that helps founders, consultants, creators, and teams generate, schedule, and publish organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok. The Service includes AI content generation, brand kit management, post scheduling, multi-platform caption optimization, team workspace management, and direct publishing to connected social accounts through the official APIs of the networks you connect. New accounts start with a free trial as described in Section 3; the scheduling window and other limits of each paid plan are described on our pricing page.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Blendin. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Keeping your password and authentication methods (including connected Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts) confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You may sign in with email and password, with Google, with LinkedIn, or with Facebook. We rely on those providers to authenticate you; we never receive or store your provider password.

New Blendin accounts start with a 14 day free trial of the Starter plan. A payment method is required to begin the trial. You can create an account, scan your brand, and preview a sample on-brand post before providing any payment details; to begin the trial and create your own content you add a payment method through our payment processor. You are not charged when the trial begins, and you can cancel anytime before it ends, after which your subscription continues at the Starter price shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. By starting a trial or subscribing to a paid plan you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Free trial. Every new account includes a one-time 14 day free trial with the features of the Starter plan, as published on our pricing page. Starting the trial requires a valid payment method; you are not charged on the day the trial begins. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues on the Starter plan at the price shown on the pricing page when you started it, and your payment method is charged then. You can cancel anytime during the trial from Settings, Billing at no cost. If you cancel before the trial ends, or if the trial otherwise ends without an active subscription, your account moves to a read-only state in which your content, Brand Kit, and settings are preserved and downloadable, connected social accounts are deactivated, and generation, publishing, and scheduling are paused until you subscribe. We retain the content of expired-trial accounts for at least 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. The trial is limited to one per person; creating additional accounts to obtain additional trials is not permitted.
• Paid plans. Upgrading to a paid plan unlocks higher monthly quotas, longer scheduling windows, and additional features, plus team seats, team workspaces, and a multi-brand dashboard on the higher tiers, as described on our pricing page. Plan names, prices, included quotas, and any per-seat add-ons are those shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled; annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discount.
• Generation credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of generation credits, as published on the pricing page, that resets each billing cycle and does not roll over. Optional one-time credit packs may be purchased at any time; packs are non-refundable and, while your account is active, do not expire.
• Cancellation and downgrade. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation. Once the period ends, your account moves to the same read-only state as an expired trial: your content, Brand Kit, and settings are preserved and downloadable, subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy, and resubscribing restores full access.
• Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@blendin.ai within 14 days.
• Plan and pricing changes. We may adjust pricing or plan features with at least 30 days' notice to existing paid subscribers. For promotional discount codes and save-the-sale offers, each code is limited to one redemption per user and may not be combined with other offers.
• Taxes and currency. Prices are shown in one of seven currencies depending on your region: USD (USA and every country not listed below), EUR (EU / EEA), GBP (UK / Crown Dependencies), CAD (Canada), AUD (Australia / New Zealand), CHF (Switzerland), or SGD (Singapore). Prices are set per currency at parity with no hidden FX markup. Prices may exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST, which will be added at checkout where required.
• Legacy subscribers. If you enrolled under an earlier plan structure, you remain on your existing terms until your next renewal.

You agree not to use Blendin to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including the user agreements, terms, and policies of any social network you connect, or any applicable copyright, trademark, or privacy law).
• Generate, schedule, or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or designed to deceive or impersonate another person or organization.
• Generate spam, mass-unsolicited promotions, or content intended to manipulate engagement metrics on any connected network.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure, bypass rate limits, or use the Service to train competing AI models.
• Upload material that you do not have the right to use, or that infringes any intellectual property right.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe, in good faith, that you have violated these Terms.

You retain all ownership and rights to the content you upload, generate, schedule, or publish through Blendin ("Your Content"). You grant Blendin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you (for example, to generate posts, render carousels, store drafts, and publish to the social accounts you connect at your request).

You are solely responsible for Your Content, including its accuracy and legality, and for any consequences of publishing it on the networks you connect or elsewhere.

Blendin uses our AI to generate text and images. AI output:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every piece of content before publishing.
• Is generated based on prompts you provide and may resemble outputs generated for other users from similar prompts. We do not guarantee uniqueness.
• Should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

You agree to verify the accuracy of any factual claims, statistics, or quoted material in AI-generated content before publishing.

Blendin connects to the social networks you choose and to a small set of service providers needed to operate. We interact with each network only through its official API, and only within the access you grant when you connect your account:

• Social networks you connect. You can connect and publish to LinkedIn (your personal profile and Company Pages), Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok, subject to the network availability of your plan as published on our pricing page. For each network we read only the profile and account information you authorize so we can display it as a publishing destination, and we publish posts (and, on comment-capable networks, an optional first comment that auto-posts with your published post) only when you choose to publish or schedule them. We never post without your action.
• Sign-in with Google. Used only to authenticate you and create your account. We request only your basic profile and email.
• Payment processor. Used to process subscription payments.
• Service providers.We use a small set of providers to authenticate you, store and serve your data, host the application, deliver transactional emails, protect our forms from automated abuse, monitor errors, measure product usage, and measure conversions from our advertising. Publishing and the post, audience, and ad analytics for the accounts you connect may be brokered through an approved partner publishing integration, in every case through each network's official API. Each operates under its own privacy and security commitments and processes your data only on our instructions.
• Outbound webhooks (Pro and Business): Pro and Business plans can configure outbound webhooks to receive event notifications about your own content.

Your use of these networks and providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Blendin is not responsible for their availability, security practices, or changes to their APIs. If a network or provider becomes unavailable, the related features may be temporarily or permanently affected.

Blendin is a Meta-verified business.

Your use of Instagram, Facebook, and Threads features is additionally subject to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. We access only the data and permissions necessary to provide the publishing features you have enabled. You can revoke Blendin's access to any connected account at any time from Settings or from the relevant network's own account settings.

Blendin, its logos, brand assets, software, design, copy, and underlying technology are owned by FUENTES DIGITAL VENTURES LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blendin and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blendin and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing support@blendin.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued operation poses a legal, security, or technical risk.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately.
• We will retain or delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and Blendin agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
