Is Blendin a good Filestage alternative?
Usually no. Filestage is proofing software: many file types, named reviewers, multi-step approval chains and annotations on the asset itself, and Blendin has none of that. It only becomes the right swap in one case, where the thing being proofed is always social content and the real problem is that making it takes longer than approving it.
Filestage exists because a video, a print layout and a landing page all need several named people to say yes in an order, with comments pinned to a timestamp or a coordinate. That is a genuine discipline and nothing on this page is an argument against it.
The narrow case where the comparison is fair: a small team whose review pipeline is entirely LinkedIn and Instagram posts, where the approval step is one person nodding, and where the week is actually being eaten by producing the posts. There, a proofing tool is solving the smaller problem and adding a second subscription to do it.
Even in that case, be clear about what you would be giving up today: Blendin's review is internal, between people who share a workspace. There is no external reviewer, no approval chain and no annotation on the asset. A client approval link is being built and is not shipped, and this page will change when it is.

- Only internally, and only in one step. Generated posts on a recurring schedule land as drafts in a review lane and wait for a person, and seats carry per-account and per-brand permissions. There is no ordered chain of approvers and no way to include somebody without a seat.
- Can I review a video in Blendin?
- No. It produces and publishes image and text posts, and carousels as native LinkedIn PDFs. There is no video review, no video editor and no video publishing.
- What would actually replace Filestage?
- For proofing across file types, its direct competitors: Ziflow, Approval Studio, or Frame.io if the work is mostly video.
